From the choice of products, to the techniques of preparation, to the presentation on the plate, the desire of those who cook is to reveal the love that feeds on their origins: a range of recipes aimed at rediscovering which and how many beauties is rich in Italy also from a culinary point of view, with a touch of originality and personality.<\/p>

Il men\u00f9 cambia ogni mese<\/strong> per poter presentare al meglio la stagionalit\u00e0 di ogni prodotto, in particolare verdura e frutta, ma anche pesce.
Il ristorante ha anche un angolo dedicato alla focaccia, come omaggio alla pi\u00f9 rappresentativa cucina italiana; l’idea \u00e8 di ricercare l’unione tra ingredienti “diversi”, ma il pi\u00f9 possibile naturali: da qui la scelta di utilizzare per l’impasto farine come farro, segale, mais, kamut da agricoltura biologica e, per il condimento olii, mozzarelle e pomodori di origine controllata.
Con l’esperienza e le conoscenze maturate negli anni, abbiamo deciso di appoggiare alcune scelte che l’associazione Slow Food<\/strong> propone, tra le quali quella di consumare un altro tipo di pesce: al bando, quindi tonni rossi, salmoni fuori stagione e pesce spada a rischio estinzione per lasciare spazio a tutte quelle specie neglette cio\u00e8 meno conosciute (come zerro, sciabola, tonnarelli, ecc.) e meno apprezzate (come alici, sgombri, sardine, ecc.). Una scelta che vuole sottolineare l’attenzione per l’ambiente in cui viviamo<\/strong>, la responsabilit\u00e0 che consumatori e ristoratori hanno e devono avere e che con la fantasia si possono realizzare grandi piatti con ingredienti semplici, genuini e sani.<\/p>

\nThe restaurant will offer its service both at lunch with a menu strictly fresh and genuine, simple and with an affordable price to all employees and not in the area; then reopens at 19 to offer an aperitif in a glass: wine and dishes served in cheerful and colorful glasses with funny shapes; from 20.30 onwards fixed menu dinner with appetizers, first, second and desserts at an inviting price and then our offers a la carte, as well as focaccia and pizzas at will.\n

Il ristorante Panperfocaccia a Torino aderisce al Progetto Alimentazione Fuori Casa<\/strong> organized by the Italian Celiac Society.<\/b>.
It arises from the need of the Association to create a chain of exercises informed about celiac disease that can offer a service suitable for the dietary needs of celiacs.
There is no shortage in the menu that we offer a wide variety of proposals, gluten-free bread and homemade desserts: cakes, ice cream, tarts, sorbets made by us in order to offer our guests the best.
